Sales Manager

Are you a driven and dynamic sales leader ready to make a significant impact? Join Upventures as a contract Sales Manager and take the reins in leading and supporting our team to achieve outstanding results. In this role, you'll spearhead efforts to prospect, close new business, and build relationships with existing customers. 


Qualifications

  • Hybrid position located in Oklahoma City

  • Remote work with ability to travel up to 50% and manage/support teams across multiple branches in Oklahoma City and surrounding cities

  • ​Must have a reliable, personal car that is fully insured

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid and current Driver's License

  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer

  • Minimum of 2 years of solution-based selling experience OR 2 years of real estate industry experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience managing a sales team or similar internal leadership experience

  • Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business partnerships

  • Deep understanding of building and maintaining a book of business

  • Familiar with Sales Force, HubSpot, and other sales systems

  • Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals

  • Responsible for coaching, feedback and development plans including departmental cross training 

  • Subject to Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and/or ordinances, applicant must be able to pass Background Check

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not required

Property Inspector

Are you a contract property inspector looking for a more consistent role? Join Upventures as a contract Property Inspector and play a crucial part in evaluating properties for our clients around Oklahoma City and surrounding cities. In this role, you'll be traveling to various properties within Oklahoma City and surrounding cities to conduct thorough inspections. 


Qualifications

  • In-person position located in Oklahoma City

  • Ability to travel up to 100% and manage/support teams across multiple branches in Oklahoma City and surrounding cities.

  • Must have an up-to-date Oklahoma Property Inspector License

  • Minimum of 1 year single-family and multifamily property inspection experience

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in real estate industries

  • Must have a reliable, personal car that is fully insured

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid and current Driver's License

  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer

  • Understanding of how to inspect and photograph homes, capturing clear images of key areas such as the roof, exterior, and amenities

  • Able to identify and document hazards or issues impacting the property's condition

  • Proven track record in input measurements and creating accurate diagrams

  • Knowledgable in reporting findings by inputting measurements, photographs, and observations to generate inspection reports

  • ​Minimum availability required is 16 hours per week, with shifts available from Monday through Saturday, allowing for a variety of scheduling options

  • Subject to Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and/or ordinances, applicant must be able to pass Background Check

  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred, but not required

Client Acquisition Specialist

Are you looking for a new opportunity in the real estate industry? As a Client Acquisition Specialist at Upventures, you will play a key role in managing customer relationships as a turnover/onboarding coordinator. You'll work closely with our team and customers, conducting regular meetings to align on goals and strategy. 


Qualifications

  • Hybrid position located in Oklahoma City

  • Remote work with ability to travel up to 50% and manage/support teams across multiple branches in Oklahoma City and surrounding cities

  • ​Must have a reliable, fuel-efficient personal car that is fully insured

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid and current Driver's License

  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer

  • Bachelors Degree OR a minimum of 3 years of Client Acquisition, Relationship Management, Sales, Real Estate, or related experience 

  • The position will be a part of an operational, middle office with a focus on onboarding/off-boarding clients, managing contracts, maintaining documentation such as paperwork, sensitive client information, onboarding checklists, and client service support

  • Ability to provide high quality operational, administrative, and client service support to front line personnel, new clients, and existing clients

  • Knowledge within Oklahoma real estate, such as onboarding, contract policies, processes, and procedures

  • Proven track record of supporting new clients/companies as they navigate new local partnerships

  • Experience in servant leadership, effective communication, customer service and outstanding assistance

  • Familiar with Sales Force, HubSpot, and other sales systems

  • Responsible for coaching, feedback and development plans including departmental cross training

Internship (6-Months)

Are you a Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or Business major looking for an internship opportunity in the real estate industry? As a Social Media/Content Creator Intern at Upventures, you will play a key role in developing our voice through Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms. You'll work closely with our team and customers, learning the ins and outs of developing campaigns for digital landscapes, while producing excellent results you can add to your portfolio, resume, and website. 


Qualifications

  • Hybrid position located in Oklahoma City

  • Remote work with ability to travel up to 50% across multiple branches in Oklahoma City and surrounding cities in the metro

  • ​Must have a reliable, personal car that is fully insured

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Must have a valid and current Driver's License

  • Must have a laptop or desktop computer

  • Must have an iPhone 13 or newer model

  • Currently attending a 4-year university for Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or related field with proof of attendance for the 2025-2026 school year 

  • Experience in basic photography, videography, and content creation 

  • Knowledge of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Tik Tok, Pinterest, YouTube, and other new emerging platforms

  • Ability to lift 45 pounds

  • Ability to stand and/or walk around for long periods of time

  • Passion for social media and building communities online

  • Experience running personal or business social media accounts is preferred, but not required

  • Subject to Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and/or ordinances, applicant must be able to pass Background Check
